Apartment holiday rentals in Puerto Marino, Gran Alacant

we really enjoyed our stay just outside of alicante, the bus service in the area is close and easy going, nice restaurants close by and a short walk away near the beach, the apartment is fully equipped and the pool area is really quiet and relaxing, the sun lounge area was private and had good sun for most of the day. would definitely come back.

Fantastic stay and we love this apartment and our expectations were more than met. The arrival instructions and videos were soo helpful and straightforward to get in. Clean , tidy and super comfy beds with the most Incredible views. So easy to get to the beach too. The pools are amazing and really recommend the Pool bar and its food menu . The host James was great and helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Want to go back already !

Apartment 20 minutes from Alicante, beachfront. Beautiful terrace, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen. Very kind host and always ready to respond. Absolutely recommended.

Everything was good. Nice and clean townhouse. It has no noise insulation but as we understood that is common issue of Spanish apartments, townhouses. Mike is responsive and helpful.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Great place to stay if you want to visit Alicante! Very close to airport and 5mins drive to the beach. Amazing rooftop to eat breakfast and sunbathing :)

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

The apartment was very quick and easy to find. In addition, everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, there was nothing missing:) It is easy to reach everything on foot; the airport and city is also very easy to reach by car. The pools were clean and the gym was also very well equipped. Communication with the host was also excellent, quickly accessible and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment!

The place was so cool that the stay turned out to be too short. Great location. Very good local conditions. Well-working bus service. Nearby restaurants guarantee great food. Very friendly, helpful host. Ricardo welcomed us to the apartment with all the instructions so there were no surprises. I recommend this place with a clear conscience as well as a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone will find something for themselves for us most was the silence of the area, the turquoise of the water, the sun. All at your fingertips. The apartment was perfect! We spent three nights there with six women. The apartment matches the description and the pool area is wonderful. The apartment also included a robot vacuum cleaner, which made our vacation easier. The biggest plus was when our flight arrived late at night and the shops were not open, so Belen went to the store for us in advance. Crazy! We'll come again!

Ramon was a great host! The place is beautiful and has great views , i liked the apartment set up . It has AC everywhere and was clean . He was super helpful and answered fast to every inquiry I had . I will deff stay here more often :) It exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Amazing stay!

We had a great stay in Arenales del Sol. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach, in the middle of the promenade, so that all shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful evening sun!

Fantastic accommodation, very clean, lovely pools with hot jacuzzi. The host helped us with a taxi and a good location - a hill from the sea. Can. Really recommend. Would say it was better than the description.

Like at home. The apartment is very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, and it has everything you need to spend a few days even without eating out, although since our stay was a weekend, we didn't need it. Everything was excellent, the cleanliness, the details, Jorlén's attention from minute one, always attentive. Access to the apartment was very easy, without a key, just what we needed because we arrived at midnight. The decoration is very modern and functional, the bathrooms and the jacuzzi are spectacular. The neighborhood has everything: supermarkets, cafes, shops, etc. We were not affected by the street noise, because the apartment is well insulated from the outside, and if you have to put a small but, only that you can hear the conversations of the other apartments, but nothing important. If we have to go back to Alicante, we will definitely try to do it in Jorlén's apartment.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

Great place , small but has absolutely everything. We even got champagne on arrival which was especially pleasing as we had driven 7 hours.

We are very satisfied with our stay. The accommodation is modern of high standard. All amenities are at our disposal. We were really like at home. The owner is very kind and responsive. We're already thinking about coming back.
