Great apartment located at the top of Tazacorte, the European municipality with the most hours of sunshine per year, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the town and the sea. The apartment is very bright and has a balcony where you can watch the spectacular sunsets. It is 1 km from the town center and 2 km from the beach, and we can also walk there (5 minutes to the town and 15 minutes to the beach). Bus stop right in front of the house. A very cozy and quiet atmosphere.

Beautiful, new and spacious apartment in a lovely location in Puerto Naos. The apartment is on the top floor of a newly built building. An elevator is of course available. The apartment has a living room, kitchen with oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. As well as 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. On the roof of the house is the swimming pool with beautiful views over Puerto Naos, the sea and mountains.

The center of the town is just 1 minute away. Walk to the beach and port it is 30 minutes walk. Public bus option is also available to the port and to the beach as well as nearby towns. The bus stop is just minutes away.
