The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Incredibly kind and helpful host! She really went out of her way to help us out with an issue with important packages we had sent to the place, allowed us to check-out late & early as needed, and even had some waters & yogurts in the fridge for us when we arrived. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, goggles for the beach, a beach bag, and she even came to lend us an umbrella when we got some heavy rainfall. The place is walking distance to the beach & Calle Loiza with lots of great restaurants & cafes nearby; we felt safe but be careful walking alone late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful and spacious house in a really excellent location. It's a central, walkable neighborhood, but not as touristy as the adjacent Condado. Perfectly comfortable in the mid-day heat with the AC units in the living room and each bedroom. Great food and culture options nearby, and a show 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to great urban beaches. The only issue we had on our stay was that some of the windows do not have glass - only storm shutters and screens - and there were some loud noises which kept us up in the night (loud stereo systems, revving cars, and the tiny but shockingly loud Coqui frog which parked right below one of the windows).

I am very satisfied, the place is centrally located, close to many places in the metropolitan area. The pool is suitable for 3 or 4 people. The neighborhood is quiet, in general, excellent. Thank you very much Sonia, I hope to return.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

I had a great experience staying at Ashley’s place! The space was spotless and well-kept, which made it easy to settle in and relax. Ashley was incredibly responsive whenever I needed anything, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The neighbors were also very friendly and even offered helpful tips during my short stay. It was the perfect spot for me to store my belongings and get some much-needed rest before my flight. My friends and I definitely enjoyed our stay at this unforgettable gem. The terrace was definitely our favorite part definitely worth every penny spent here. You can hear the nature especially at night its incredible I will for suuuure miss sleeping to the sounds of the forest in the backyard. We even went to the river in the back but be careful not to slip and fall into it like I did when I went there after a night out of drinks haha. Willy was very kind and welcoming he even sent us a list of restaurants to try out we appreciated him a lot. I hope to be back one day
