Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Puerto Nuevo, Gobernador Piñero

Perfect location for what we had planned for this trip. Host responded so quickly. The place was amazing in terms of location, pool, private parking and proximity to the beach and restaurants. We ended up seeing many parts of the island in addition to San Juan. The bakery nearby was incredible. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Rolando and team were super helpful and responsive, we went to a bunch of the restaurants recommended and they were all hits! Super helpful when there are so many potential coffee shops and restaurants to try. The space came with everything we needed, including ear plugs which was a nice touch!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's. The air bnb is located in a very safe and gated neighborhood with a playground adjacent to the home which kept the kiddos busy. During our stay Puerto Rico experienced a blackout leaving 1.3 million people without power. Fortunately, the home is equipped with a powerful generator that kept us comfortably lit for the duration of time. I am so grateful we didn't have to go without, and I recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay within close proximity to local eateries and attractions. Maria is a great host, always available and friendly, I will definitely return in the future.

We are fortunate to say that Romona and her home were worth every penny. Highly recommend to any first timer in Puerto Rico.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a really nice studio apartment that made us feel at home with all the amenities and features. Alexis was super responsive and we were able to check out a few of his many recommendations for the area and loved them. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for five nights for our first time in Puerto Rico. It was a beautiful unit with such a great location, close to nearby restaurants, bars, and pick-up locations for excursions we chose. A perfect little home away from home! But what stood out the most was the host, Erick’s responsiveness and exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth from check-in to check-out. We weren’t aware of having to buy our own detergent to do laundry and within 20 mins, he ordered and had some delivered to us as courtesy! Overall, I would recommend this place if you plan on staying San Juan!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

Gisselles home was beautiful! Did not disappoint. It was close enough to all the attractions we were interested in this weekend! We did not have any problems. It has a cute pool and outdoor seating! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

Just had the most amazing stay at Fernando’s Airbnb in San Juan, Puerto Rico! I felt so safe and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, beautifully kept, and such a great value for the price. Plus, they had one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to right across the street—delicious pad Thai just steps away! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this gem!

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

When we first arrived, the set up and the view. Absolutely stunning. There are also blue lights for the night that was a great mood setter. Really love colored LED lights and was pleasantly surprised with this feature. AC works very well and the TV had plenty options. We went down to the beach and rented the jetskis that was slightly to the left of the beach access gate for the building. Bugs were not an issue at all. Amazing experience here and would definitely come back. The hostess is also very kind and gave clear instructions for everything and i felt very safe here. Security in front is always on duty.

I have stayed in Condado before. Patricia's place is a hidden gem 😊 Place is bigger than on the pictures. Which was a pleasant surprise. Patricia made every effort to make our stay comfortable, she was very responsive and proactive. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

Love my stay. perfect for solo or couples who enjoy nightlife, as La placita is just around the corner. provided ear plugs for street noise, although noise did not bother us but it may to some. Super convenient location and responded very quickly and even gave us some great recommendations. Extra star because the bed was super comfortable!! Would definitely book again next time i’m back
