This barn, from the beginning of the 19th century, with its country stone walls, imposing exposed beams and original layout is a real treasure. Refined and warm, it is located a few meters from the Semois and in the heart of the village. With its garden and pergola, it offers both a bucolic atmosphere, great comfort and access to all amenities.

Our townhouse with garden is located in the charming quiet and green village of Puilly-et-Charbeaux, in the Ardennes department, 5 km from Florenville (Belgium). Bed linens will be provided free of charge (but only on request!) Possibility of renting bath sheets at €3/pp (bath towel + bath sheet) Soap samples, toilet paper, duvets and pillows provided as basic equipment. Security deposit of €200 to be deposited in cash upon check-in.

This accommodation offers a pleasant stay for the whole family. Close to the Belgian border, the entire home is at your disposal, as well as the outdoor spaces. The surroundings are conducive to hiking and tourist discoveries. You can reach Florenville in less than 10 minutes, as well as Orval. Bouillon, Sedan and their castles are within 30 minutes. If you want to visit Luxembourg, it's about 50 minutes away.

The workshop offers 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a large bright living room with exposed stones, wood stove and large bay window. Old barn renovated in a warm cocoon, it accommodates up to 4 people (+ sofa). From the entrance, you will enjoy its unique atmosphere.

Come and relax in a comfortable house with a very quiet environment and close to all amenities such as the city of Florenville, which is touristy and has all its shops. About twenty kilometers from Bouillon, also touristy. Orval Abbey 6 km away, Sedan Castle (the largest in Europe) and many other sites. Lots of hiking trails too. A large number of tourist brochures are available in the accommodation.
