App. 1 Le Rêve - The dream.

Le Rêve, or The Dream, are two apartments with their own pool uniquely shared between them. The two apartments are adjacent to our villa in the charming village of Magalas, Languedoc. Although tranquil, Magalas has several restaurants and shops in the centre (7 min walk from the house). Each apartment sleeps two. Perfect for one couple, or for two couples travelling together, if you rent both apartments. Now also with air-condition in the bedroom. Not suitable for children. No pets.

110 m2 loft composed of two bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200 (sheets and towels provided), shower room, living room, dining room. The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment (microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, wine cellar); outdoor courtyard with small bar area, sink, plancha, relaxation area with deckchair by the private heated and secure pool, not overlooked. Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with a pool with lots of room for fun. Located between the sea and the mountains. At the entrance of a small village with seven hills in the heart of a vineyard of character. Shops nearby in the village. (grocery store with bread and tobacco, hairdresser, pizzeria, bar 10 minutes from Béziers, 30 minutes from the beaches and 1.5 hours from the mountains. 10 minutes from the highway towards Narbonne, Carcassonne, Montpellier.

The house accommodates up to 6 people with all the comforts you need. 🌿 Optionally, an independent wooden eco-lodge (Dome) in the garden can accommodate 2 additional people (total capacity: 8 people), by reservation and with surcharge. Both properties are never rented at the same time.
