House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

At the more exclusive end of the pontoon, in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, floats Marinavita. Awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window. In the middle of the vineyards with a wonderful view are located the tiny houses organized as a camping place. The tiny houses are dedicated to Istrian women called Savrinke and are furnished with original furniture from the last century. In each house you will get to know about Istria, its history and cultural heritage. It is located in the village of Truške, which is 13 km away from Koper.
