Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

Casa fantastica. Posizione perfetta . privacy assoluta. Esperienza ultra positiva: la casa e’ a meno di 4 minuti di auto dallo spot kitesurf di Si Gideu. Ritornerò’ sicuramente: casa tenuta benissimo,pulitissima, perfettamente accessoriata di tutto cio’ che necessita una permanenza. Grazie mille all’host per le info chiarissime su come raggiungere l’abitazione.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

New well equipped house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, backyard with jacuzzi and a specious kitchen. You can park a car inside the gated front yard. Host is responsive and nice to communicate with. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, one has a Michelin star.

Good base point for visiting beaches in the south, like Domus de Maria. The house is spacious and the bed is comfortable. You drive in through a tomato farm and rarely see people, just the farm pets (i.e., cats and a friendly dog). It's very quiet. The host left us water, cooking basics, and lots of coffee. The TV has lots of channels, but there's no Wi-Fi. If you have cell service, it works well, though.

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo nuestra estancia en Calaverde, cerca de hermosas playas . La casa tiene todos los detalles y comodidades para que la estadía sea excelente. Nos esperó con masas, desayuno, vino , helado etc,...esto demuestra que le importa mucho sus huéspedes. Siempre nos respondió en el acto cualquier duda o solicitud que le hacíamos. Eramos 2 matrimonios y el hecho de que uno de los baños no tuvierq ducha no fue un inconveniente ya que la ducha de afuera fue perfecta para poder bañarnos con comodidad. El unico inconveniente que podría mencionar fue que no podes llegar con el auto hasta la casa y el acceso con valijas por un camino desparejo de lajas fue algo dificultoso, esto es del barrio y no de Ludovica. Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e Massimo ci ha accolti per farci vedere la casa ed è stato molto gentile. La casa era perfetta con tutto l'occorrente ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grazie di tutto Massimo!

Giuliana host impeccabile, gentile e disponibile. La casa offriva tutti i comfort necessari per potersi godere dei giorni di relax in una delle zone più belle della Sardegna. Consigliatissimo

We had a fantastic stay at Emilio’s place – the location was perfect, and the bikes provided made it super easy to cycle one way to the town with all the restaurants and the other to the beach and Roman ruins. The apartment was faultless – every detail felt thoughtfully considered. From beach towels and toiletries to a stocked fridge and plenty of coffee pods, everything was there to make us feel at home. We especially loved the outdoor area for breakfast in the mornings. Free and secure parking within a gated part of the property was a real bonus. Emilio was also very flexible with our check-in which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend!

Zeker aan te bevelen. Zeer vriendelijke en attente hosts. Zelfs voor een strandbezoek worden dagelijks schone badlakens verstrekt. Schitterend gevarieerd aangelegde en perfect onderhouden tuin die ‘s avonds sfeervol verlicht wordt en diverse sfeervolle zitjes bevat met voldoende privacy. Inclusief groentetuinen (ook voor gebruik door de gasten). Mooi schoon verwarmd zwembad met een bubbelgedeelte en omringd door fijne ligbedden met parasol. Mooie ruime kamer met zeer ruime kast, goede koelkast met vriesvak en super fijne douche. Prima dagelijkse reiniging. Nette en veilige parkeergelegenheid op terrein. Beperkt Italiaans ontbijt met vers fruit was niet vermeld maar wel inclusief. Verse citroen bij de thee uit eigen tuin was wel zeer smaakvol. Alleen jammer genoeg niet kunnen dineren in het restaurant; hiervoor waren we net iets te vroeg op bezoek; gaat later in mei open en hadden we anders ook zeker eens bezocht.

Hôtes réactifs , courtois , aucun soucis de communication L appartement était d une propreté impeccable ! Il y avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires , de bonnes qualité ; ainsi que lave vaisselle , machine à laver , clim dans toutes les pièces , salle de bain spacieuse .. le nécessaire pour la plage ; l endroit est dans un complexe , très calme et sécurisé à quelques km des premières plages Par contre , l appartement étant en rez de jardin , il est sombre dans la chambre parental , sdb et cuisine ; la literie un peu dur mais ce n est que mon goût Le jardin avec barbecue , table et chaises est un plus que nous avons apprécié Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour dans le sud près des plages.

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – jeden Abend konnten wir spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge direkt von der Terrasse aus genießen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: alles ist modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber Taty und Luca – unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung zur Stelle. Ob Restaurants, Ausflüge oder versteckte Strände – wir haben dank ihrer Empfehlungen so viel entdeckt! Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

l'alloggio di Marina è in una posizione comodissima, da cui si può raggiungere a piedi facilmente il centro paese. la casa è fornita di tutto il necessario e non solo. la signora è stata gentilissima, flessibile negli orari e disponibile. molto consigliato

Departamento amplio y cómodo en el centro de Cagliari. Acceso a pie a zonas turísticas, gastronómicas y comerciales de la ciudad. Muy limpio y ordenado. Cocina equipada. Federico muy amable, nos dio recomendaciones locales y se mostró siempre atento y predispuesto. Recomiendo!

Lovely villa in Eden Rock with great views over the sea from top floor terrace and lower floor terrace. BBQ next to seating on top floor is great for entertaining. Apartment is well laid out and would suit various group sizes esp 4 adults and 2-3 children. Minimalist style makes it easy to use and find everything. Noemi the local host is really responsive and helpful. She meets you at the barriers for the complex and shows you the way up to the apartment in the road. Lots of recommendations available. Note circa 20 steps down from the parking to the front door.

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in Stefanias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und verfügt über Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man kann den Tag auf der Terrasse beginnen und abends auch lange draußen sitzen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in das Zentrum kann man sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Cafes und kleine Läden zum Schlendern. Pula ist ein wirklich schönes kleines Städtchen, das einen Besuch wert ist. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Stefania absolut empfehlen.

Alloggio confortevole e molto pulito nel sud della Sardegna! Abbiamo alloggiato per 5 giorni durante le vacanze di Pasqua e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Angolo cucina dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie, letto comodo e bagno spazioso. All’esterno veranda con sdraio e tavolini in mezzo al verde. Fiorenza è super disponibile per consigli su cosa visitare e per qualsiasi altra necessità. Soggiorno estremamente piacevole! Grazie Fiorenza!

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

This home is magnificent! It looks just like the photos. You can tell great care went into every square inch of the home. The air conditioner worked great, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the home is quiet and peaceful. Fabio and his son were very kind and met us for check in even though we arrived very late in the evening. We would highly recommend this home for visitors to Cagliari!
