Lakeview Crossing is an 1800s farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The house sits on a hill overlooking Keuka Lake with vineyards below. Located along the wine trail, guests are short trips away from many local wineries, breweries, a distillery and antique shops. The town of Hammondsport is 6 miles away and has 2 local beaches for swimming and lake activity, restaurants, gift shops, antique shops, groceries, ect. There is a large deck overlooking the lake and the vineyards.

Off Grid Bus at Bright Sky Farm

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

This 2 bedroom loft apartment is located above our pottery studio tucked in the woods on 5 acres of land just 1 mile off of Keuka Lake. Nearby wineries, lakes, breweries and artist studios make this location perfect for a family get away. The space includes an outdoor deck, bathroom, small kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen has a small fridge and microwave but does not have a stove. There is wireless access and a television; however no Cable TV. You can use Apple TV.

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on the property, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay.
