On each floor there is a room with its own bathroom, one room has a mini kitchen and one terrace. The space is air-conditioned, has WiFi and SAT TV. The kitchen has a stove, oven and microwave. The house is ideal for smaller groups and families with children. Pets are welcome. We welcome guests in person with a warm welcome.

Experience the epitome of luxury in this spacious villa for 10 persons. The ground floor of the house has a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a dining room and access to the terrace and sundeck by the pool. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms with double beds and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms have access to a shared terrace with a beautiful view of the olive groves, mountains and the sea in the distance.

The house is located in the old town center of Punat, close to cafes, restaurants, shops, the town square, and the promenade.
