Holiday rentals with a patio in Punta Ala

lidia and her husband were very welcoming,responsive and friendly. Their accommodation was very spacious and extremely clean in a very pleasant and quiet setting with olive trees.

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

We had an unforgettable time here - the nature as well as the facility itself are beautiful, a bit rustic with a few renovations, about which Ana can tell a lot. You can spread out on the grounds, have enough privacy if desired and can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The pool between the olive trees is also fantastic. From here, we were able to visit some cities such as Florence and Siena, and here, too, Ana had great tips for suitable restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

After spending a month at Casa Marcella we definitely left a little piece of our hearts behind. The space is bright and spacious and was impeccably clean. The view and location was perfect for hiking, and visiting other areas in Tuscany. Letizia and he son Pietro are warm, helpful and so very kind. If you are looking for a home away from home, I would highly recommend Casa Marcella.

My stay at Barbara's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The environment is charming and very quiet. Barbara's house has lots of charm. The sunrise from the balcony is a must. Barbara and Marco were very friendly and helpful. I recommend a relaxing stay.

We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

We were guests in Mariapia's accommodation for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self-check-in is completely uncomplicated. The apartment as described in the listing very tasteful and clean. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quietly located and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and stop for a moment. You will feel like you are in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, table tennis. You can have a barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning when you get up you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of shops. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. We were guests of Serena and Giulio at the end of May with three teenagers. The apartment is clear and well laid out, each sleeping area has its own bathroom. From the living room and the triple room, you can directly access a very large, partially shaded terrace. Depending on the weather and the sun, you will always find a good place - sun, half shade, shade, wind or wind shadow, there is a corner for everything. On the terrace, there is a spacious dining table and three garden loungers, so everyone can find a spot. If you want to get moving, you can play a round of table tennis. No matter where you sit, inside or outside, on the deck chair or at the table: the view over the well-kept garden to the sea and the opposite hills is unimaginably beautiful. Those who manage to tear themselves away from the view will find cultivated and uncultivated beaches and charming villages on the peninsula. We felt very comfortable! Thank you, Serena and Giulio!

We stayed at Susanna's from April 23rd to 27th and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and willing to give us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat the local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with sea views. Our dogs were also able to roam freely in the garden because they were fully fenced and safely. We liked the stay in Maria's apartment very much. It is located above Pitigliano with a great terrace with a wonderful view over the whole area. Maria is a very friendly and helpful host, we can only recommend this accommodation.

I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend

Eleonora was always available and even if we did not meet her in person, we felt well taken care of. We were allowed to enter the apartment long before the actual check-in time, which was very helpful for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is modern and at the same time cozy and really wonderfully large. There is an outdoor area that we used for breakfast and dinner in the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, there is free parking in the street. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the city center with many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Lesley's accommodation is quiet, clean, spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Around the house, we loved the nearby hiking and restaurants in the neighboring villages. Lesley was flexible with our late arrival and made sure everything went smoothly during the stay. A great place to visit in Tuscany!

Carolina’s home is possibly the most beautiful we have ever stayed. From a well stocked kitchen to views of local vineyards, it really has it all. Carolina was responsive and a brilliant host. I can’t wait to make a trip back here!
