Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Una villa di 150 mq sul mare toscano di Prato Ranieri, circondata da un giardino meraviglioso e ben curato, posta in un'area pedonale tranquilla, con una spiaggia di sabbia proprio davanti al cancello. Dotata di due posti auto, è perfetta per famiglie e gruppi di amici, con un solarium privato, una zona relax e una area pranzo sotto un patio accogliente. La proprietà é impreziosita da un terrazzo panoramico sul tramonto. A pochi passi troviamo stabilimenti balneari, gelaterie bar e ristoranti.

Casa sul mare. Elegante alloggio in una località esclusiva . A 150 metri da una bellissima spiaggia che potrai raggiungere grazie ad un passaggio pedonale privato. Ampio soggiorno con quattro posti letto, camera matrimoniale al piano superiore , due bagni completi, cucina a vista e grande patio con barbecue e tenda parasole. Aria condizionata e due posti auto riservati. A cinque minuti di auto il Golf club Punta Ala, spettacolare e storico percorso 18 buche nel verde della macchia mediterranea.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.
