Monthly Rentals in Punta Arena

Large rooms and beds. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area that had a BBQ and a picnic table. Lots of seating inside and out, so a good place to meet. Car could be driven in and the gate locked. Large bottle of water with dispenser was very welcome!

It was my second visit here. It’s just hard to find places like this. If you wish to have some quiet, be immersed in nature with no noise or lights from “civilization” without giving up any comfort this is the place. The property is community oriented with all units opening to community space but each have own patio with shade curtains. The sunrise views are had from top unit and top patio/deck. Amazing sleep! There are some restaurants close and town is only 45 minutes if you want to hit flora farms or the likes. Rent the whole place for surf trips or family seclusion. It’s well managed by all!! Julie was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her property. Communication with her was easy prior to our arrival and check in was very smooth. The rental was as advertised, clean, and comfortable. Since the unit is only a few steps from a beautiful beach, its easy to spend as much time outside as you want, which we loved. We would recommend this place to our friends and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The best place I've stayed in Baja. Clean, comfortable, AC and WiFi were strong. Ocean views, and the beach was 5 mins drive. Great flyfishing opportunities all along the beaches and they just kept going for 20km+. Town is quaint and quiet. Kristen was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!
