Monthly Rentals in Punta Brava, Puerto de la Cruz

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and impeccably clean apartment. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. While the apartment is slightly outside the city center, it still felt very convenient and accessible. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. We would highly recommend it!

Perfect, quality communication, real welcome, accommodation located by the beach, magnificent, the sea lulls you Very well-equipped apartment, lots of things available, paper towels, soap, dishwashing liquid... which is very appreciable The center of Puerto, Charco Square nearby restaurants are within walking distance along the sea, which is very pleasant. Its geographical location makes it easy to visit the whole island I highly recommend it.

Apartment is really great! Beautiful view from balcony, great communication with Ala (host - she is super helpful), ideal for 2 people, the kitchen is very well equipped, as well as the rest of apartment. We very much enjoyed staying in this place. 3 swimming pools, very short distance to the beach. The only things you should be aware of is quite small shower (I think a person over 80 kg will have trouble taking a shower comfortably, just because it's small and there is a curtain which you touch all the time during a shower) and second is a quite noisy street, but this one is obvious if you check the location ;) For some people might be important that since 2021 you can't get in to the water on the beaches next to the apartment (from playa maria jimenez to playa del castillo) they have red flag there all the time, the beaches are open - you can lie down, but entering the water is prohibited due to contamination caused by E-coli. Anyway, the apartment is really nice ;)
