Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Punta Colorada

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is just like the photos and descriptions, very complete, all the functional things and in good condition. It has a comfortable garage, with good facilities, instructions that were sent to us and easy to use. Eduardo was in constant communication with us and at our service for whatever we needed, very kind. Surely we will be back!

The dwelling is wonderful, very clean, complete and comfortable! And the landlord very attentive and concerned about our well-being, always made contact with us because we were late to arrive. And he also offered us to stay longer in the dwelling, since we came for a wedding and we arrived very late from the party! Anyway, everything very perfect and nice. We intend to go back!

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view of the balcony is equally spectacular. P who has the mood and likes a walk the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to lodging... but by car they are 5 minutes and really easy to get.. The only negative aspect is that if another guest baths in the other suite at the same time the water is so weak that it has to wait to finish the bath... But this is irrelevant given all the rest that the lodging provides... I will come back for sure.

Very comfortable house, with all the equipment for long stays. Bright spaces, good ventilation and independence in the bedrooms. To highlight the space of the barbecue and the front with a lawn and garden worthy of the magazine 🤩 La playa cerquita and beautiful, spacious and without crowds. Liliana is very friendly and always on the order for all my inquiries.

Very good house in Playa Grande. Practical, cute comfy. Pets are allowed, it has a nice patio.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Pablo's house is literally SPOTLESS, the photos of the house look nice, but to live it is even better! Both Pablo their owner, and Paola, are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, flexible at check-in. Magazine decorated, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, with everything you need for your stay and top notch. The huge grill, with firewood to make asado right away and enjoy the cosy garden outdoors. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the practicality of having in front of one of the best beaches of Arenas de José Ignacio. Kids club 50 meters from the house, with games of Plaza, Tyrolean, Football Canchita, and very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola received us, thank you totally to both for your hospitality! A house to return whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

I went with my family to enjoy a weekend. The house is beautiful, very spacious and bright, the living room space very enjoyable. The beach is very close and beautiful. The surroundings are very peaceful. The hosts are very friendly. We were very happy with the general stay.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

An all around great 10 days or so. The kitchen had more than the basics, apartment cleaning was regular, comfortable feel. Never needed a taxi to get around as the location is perfect. Laura is very responsive and also reached out to check in if I needed anything, etc.

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

Sergio was very attentive with us, always available to assist. The apartment was impeccable, exactly as in the pictures, beautiful sea view, heated pool, well-equipped kitchen, garage and easy access. Everyone in the very gentle building.
