Monthly Rentals in Punta della Penna

We stayed at Gisela's apartment for 2 months and enjoyed it so much! The apartment is wonderfully located and you have the sea before your eyes all day. The terrace is also particularly great and invites you to linger. The internet was very fast and we could easily make video calls at the same time. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Gisela is a very warm and attentive host. We felt very comfortable the entire time and would have preferred to stay forever. We felt at home here. Thank you for the wonderful time at your place! We will be back :)

Warm welcome, Stefano and Loreta immediately made us feel at home. They were always available and with many suggestions on attractions and places to visit. Priceless location and views! The view, the magic of the lighthouse… Being able to enjoy the sunrise as well as the sunset, is not for everyone. Also highly recommended for its proximity to a natural oasis such as Punta Penna beach: you can practically walk there. We had a great time, and will be back!

The stay was perfect, the house is very bright, very quiet and super clean. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The owners, Enzo and Rina, welcomed us in the best way and were available throughout the stay, supporting us and recommending us. In the pantry there was even everything you need to be able to cook a nice plate of pasta even if we couldn't shop right away. Both the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. The location is great for those who want to take a wonderful walk in the oasis of Punta Penna. Highly recommended for those who want peace and tranquility with all the comforts of home.

This was our second time staying in this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Spacious, spotless, and full of character, it’s perfectly located in the heart of historic Vasto. Steps from charming piazzas and great local restaurants, it offers the ideal base for enjoying the old town. The host was again warm, attentive, and very responsive. A consistently fantastic experience.
