In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

It is only 10 Km from Syracuse. There is an olive grove, and a mediterranean shrub that together stretch for about 20.000 square meters. During our hot Sicilian summer days, it is very pleasant to stroll and relax in several shadowed path.
