Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Punta Negra

Everything is very good, recommended, as a suggestion I recommend bringing towels, the accommodation does not have any, otherwise excellent and highly recommended place and host!

The place is very nice, the beautiful view, the comfortable deck and the house as described. Sebastián was always very attentive and was waiting for our arrival and our concerns. Highly recommended, beachfront.

The place is amazing... beautiful! Ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. The house is very well distributed and complete to spend a wonderful few days in a movie environment. I definitely recommend it and would like to stay there again for more days in the summer.

Well appointed house and beautifully landscaped a short walk from the beach

We spent a very cold weekend but the apartment's stove gave us a warm stay, it heats beautifully and Adriana and Antonio were always very attentive at all times. The accommodation is surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility, which was what we were looking for! Thanks again ❤️

We went at the beginning of winter, the last day was cold and with the heating inside it was beautiful! The grill has a good repair to make barbecues even in winter

Nathalia's accommodation was just what we wanted. Impeccable grill and wood stove. Very comfortable bathroom and a green and quiet for a few days of relaxation. I totally recommend it!

A lovely place, quiet and close to the beach and a river with many birds. The wooden cottage is spacious and has a very cozy atmosphere. We had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay in Piriápolis! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the living space was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day out. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was peaceful and beautifully maintained—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Sisita was a great host. He always anticipated what was necessary (such as the request for documents) well in advance, thus avoiding discomfort and unforeseen events. She was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage even before check-in.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The location is excellent. You have everything you need to spend a very good stay. Communication with Nicolas was always smooth and friendly. We'll be back for sure!

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!
