Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Punta Secca

The most perfect stay in Modica. We used the car park recommended which was free and easy to find with the instructions shared. Just beware of the steep walk with luggage (approx. 7 mins). Peppe greeted us at the car which was brilliant. He was super welcoming even offering some food reccos. The home is stunning with the best view of Modica! Villa Sorelle was a wonderful stay! It does not have close neighbors, so was peaceful and private, but also is only a short drive into Pozzallo which is a lovely sea front town. The pictures accurately show it, nicely updated, clean, and with nice pillows and cushions throughout. The host also arranged a lovely crib and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Jochen and Katia’s place in Noto, Sicily. The views are stunning, and the swimming pool makes it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The apartment, beautifully designed by an Italian architect in a minimalist style, is both elegant and comfortable. It’s also ideally located, just a short distance from the city center. I would highly recommend Jochen and Katia’s place to anyone visiting Sicily and wanting to discover the beauty of this amazing location

A truly amazing place located by the best view of the Ibla. The hammock in the courtyard was perfect. Giancarlo and Alex were very responsive and great hosts. Thank you for an unforgettable stay in Ragusa.

We enjoyed a lovely peaceful, quiet and relaxed few days at Andrea’s Olive Country House. Clear instructions from Andrea made getting there by car (a necessity) easy. Andrea met us and showed us through. Well provisioned and all amenities you might need. We enjoyed easy day trips to the many towns/points of interest in the area. Andrea was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere off the beaten track that is quiet and peaceful.

Rudia's accommodation is a small treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a visit, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: this is a great place to spend your holidays.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Thank you so much for such a warm and welcoming stay! From the moment we arrived, Guiseppe made us feel completely at home - meeting us in person and even helping with parking on a busy road was so kind and above and beyond. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the treats left for us to the fresh fruit, it was a real taste of Sicilian hospitality! Guiseppe was always available and made everything feel easy and relaxed. The terrace was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind. We also loved how close it was to the centre of Noto, just a short walk to great restaurants and the charming old town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

This is an amazing property which looks even better than the photos . The quality of all the items from the bed linen to the kitchenware are all top quality not what you would expect from a rental. The property was spotlessy clean throughout and the two terraces were fabulous. On saying all this the star is the host Francesco who collected us in his car from the bus terminal and on arrival at the property had lunch of delicious Sicilian food waiting for us and also a very thoughtful gift . He was also super quick in responding to any questions we had and his local recommendations for food were spot on. Five star +++ all round

Francesco's apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated. You can see the lighthouse and the sea from the balcony. The self check-in works wonderfully without any problems. Francesco is a good host and always communicated super fast and uncomplicated. He gives tips for sightseeing (thank you, I looked at the Castello on Sunday!) and helps with all questions. The WiFi is stable and is also well suited for video calls, if necessary. I would definitely come back and can only recommend this apartment.

Great location! Easy walk to Ortigia, which is absolutely gorgeous area all around! Airbnb apartment is beautiful and spacious. Regardless of its central location, we have not had much of any street noise and the nights were quiet. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

We loved our stay here! Letizia greeted us when we came and gave us the history behind Modica. She had very helpful tips for Modica and its surroundings from where to park and the history of surrounding cities - like a self guided walking tour. It was a great addition to be able to wash our clothes and admire the lighting on the building from the balcony. The place was central but quiet enough.
