Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Puntarenas Province

Our family really enjoyed this home - especially seeing the monkeys, having great swings for our daughter to play on, and an amazing rooftop view!! When the pool pump was not working properly, Rafal was there very quickly to fix the timer and was very personable. When in this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Daiana’s home was wonderful. We only spent 24 hours in Monteverde and we are so glad we chose this house. Our host was accommodating with a late check out, always responsive, the house is well appointed and it was such a beautiful place. Loved our time here! Phenomenal view!

Barbara and Johns place exceed our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice it was truly beautiful. They were also amazing hosts and went above and beyond to help make our stay very special. I would heavily recommend staying here and with this host! Barbara gave many great recommendations and even helped my boyfriend (now fiancée) plan a surprise proposal at the local beach! This was truly a trip to remember and the beautiful house and amazing hosts made our stay even more incredible.

Chris is the Man! For context, my girlfriend and I had another bnb in the area that lost power and water for 2 days! I had to book an emergency stay and Chris accommodated and responded swiftly even though it was very short notice. We fell more in love with his property than our original one lol. 10/10 stay loved the vibezz.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom property. The ocean sunset views were absolutely breathtaking every evening, and waking up to the sounds of the jungle was surreal. The unit was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed — the air conditioning was a huge plus in the warm climate! The infinity pool was the highlight of our trip — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery with panoramic views of the ocean. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell this place is thoughtfully maintained with a lot of care. Whether you're relaxing poolside or enjoying the vibrant natural setting, this spot is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and take in the beauty of Costa Rica. Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful location. Beautiful views. Pool is great. Really going to miss it! We had a wonderful time Wilbert the local onsite guy was great and very kind and helpful for anything we needed.

We really enjoyed the stay, it was in an excellent location, it is very safe, nice and comfortable. We loved how they take care of every detail of the house. In addition, communication was excellent from the beginning. It's definitely a place we'd love to return to!

Such a gorgeous little spot in the heart of Guiones. Super close to the beach, restaurants and shops, but still tranquil! Check-in was so easy and clear, the communication was immediate, and though I am familiar with Nosara, the host offered a lot of information on the area and resources for potential needs (tours, transport etc.). The place was beautiful, loved the open-air kitchen - fully stocked with all of the appliances and kitchenware one might need. The room and bathroom were immaculate, beautifully designed - loved the bay window day bed! Overall had a wonderful stay, and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location with restaurants, supermarket, and great view. Gabriel is very good at communicating and always answered questions. Will try to rent next time I go.

David was more than helpful with an easy early check in, and he sent an amazing list of things to prepare for, local recommendations and places to see along with some to avoid. His communication was clear, helpful, and very responsive. it was a pleasure to use his space during my trip.

Beautiful room with breathtaking views of the ocean below. Within walking distance of dozens of amazing restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Host had many great local recommendations! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Esperanza was a wonderful host! The spot was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from Playa Pelada. Would definitely stay here again!

Laura’s place was more beautiful than the pictures, we wished we could’ve stayed longer. She was so helpful, kind, and gave us the perfect amount of privacy while using the amenities. Juan's place was wonderful! Beautiful apartment in a great building! so unique! had great amenities. Pool, Gym, great restaurants. the apartment was clean and had snacks and water for our arrival. The views were breathtaking. We received support throughout our stay and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

This condo was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was a very brief walk to the Main Street. Everything was literally five minute walk. They are picky with who they host (with good reason) because of how pristine it is. Thank you :)

Highly recommended! In all ways

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Josephine communicated clearly and timely. The condo met my family's need. We needed a place to relax after some days of intense hikes in other regions. The pool was lovely and right outside our door. We watched surfers on the beach though the rough waters and rocky beach did not avail sun-soaking or swimming.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful views of the city especially at night. Not having AC wasn't even a problem there are plenty of fans and windows with a cool breeze coming in from being up to high.

This unit in Bahia Encantada is excellent, on the beach, clean and well-appointed. Just what the doctor ordered....if he ordered cold drinks at Clarita's (next door restaurant), a beach at your door step and the relaxing sound of surf. An excellent place. Pura Vida!

The host, Eric, had everything laid out super early on checking in information. The place was easy to find, safe entry way, elevator, and keyless entry. Very responsive does matter the hour of the day. A storm issues knocked out water messaged him it was resolved in minutes. Suggested restaurants nearby for the time of day. Shared information about the area. Parking is available it is gated and secured if car rental is your option. The location is 1 and half or less from SJO (Uber. $122 est) easy to come in but have tip leaving out cause they will decline trip if you don’t have at least $20 cash due to tolls cost and distance. Location was perfect away from strip of restaurants, casinos, local shops, and excursions. I would wait to book excursions off the Avenida Pastor Díaz save deposits for ATV rental or excursions vs Viator website. Food suggestions: Local Grill, Sunrise Brunch, El Manglar all amazing foods
