The finca is in a quiet location, less than 10 minutes from secluded coves, large beaches, or even restaurants and entertainment by the sea.

Incredible views of Mazarrón Bay with an infinity pool next to the lighthouse. Quiet area located next to a cafeteria famous for its cocktails and ambient music. During the tourist season, the music and the influx of customers could bring with it some occasional discomfort typical of this type of establishment.

Mountain House

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
