Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Schnellzug erreicht man den Wien Westbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Petra was a great host and was always a phone call away for our needs. The house is quite big for a family of 5. It is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and not too far from Vienna. The public transportation options were just a short drive away. The house also had quite a few toys for the kid to play with. There was a big garden as well in case someone prefers outdoor setting. Overall, it had the necessary amenities and the state was fairly clean. The washrooms were newly renovated and had the basic toiletries. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking meals. However, we wish to point out that there are stairs within the house, so this is something to keep in mind if you have elderly in your group. Otherwise it’s a great option for people to have a base in close proximity to Vienna.

A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.
