We had a very nice time at Gut Üselitz. Astrid is a great host and responded quickly to our wishes. We will be happy to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property in Sassnitz. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight was the direct sea view – sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and seeing the sea was simply priceless. The location is perfect: quiet but still close to restaurants, shopping and nice walking trails. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I will definitely be happy to come back and can only recommend it!

As always, we were completely satisfied. However, we were not the last time in the apartment for the first time. We wanted to stay longer, so we felt comfortable again. The housekeeper is also very kind and diligent. This place is and remains our absolute favorite place. We just love it.

The apartment is beautifully located, overlooking the water, very quiet, tastefully furnished in a maritime style and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. With two hotplates, it is quite possible to prepare smaller dishes. Kerstin and her "co-moderator" Sebastian are very friendly and quick in communication. You meet Kerstin and the family on the property and still have the feeling of being completely private and free. Was there something that bothered you? The mattresses were too soft for me. And the warm water in the shower fluctuated in temperature very much from hot to cold. You can handle both. Therefore: 100% recommendation. A rarely beautiful accommodation in a rarely beautiful place.

We had wonderful days in this apartment in Sassnitz. The apartment is beautiful, modern and at the same time cozy, equipped with everything you can imagine. It was certainly one of the best accommodations we've ever had. Nancy and Lars are great hosts and were always available and approachable. In short, a great time in a super great apartment. We spent a very relaxing and slow week in the pretty little apartment and were able to explore the wonderful surroundings extensively. We felt comfortable from the beginning in the lovingly furnished apartment, especially nice was the sunny location and the small terrace to also be able to eat outside. Manja's apartment is very well located, just a few meters from the port in Putbus Lauterbach. There are some restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The facility is very nice and invites you to enjoy. The rooms are fully equipped: the kitchen offers enough cooking utensils, dishes and electrical appliances. The bathroom is bright and also fully equipped. There is enough space to sit down, put things down and hang up and tidy up your wardrobe. You feel right at home and can have a great time here. Manja is an excellent host who proactively makes contact and communicates very kindly. Questions and inquiries were answered very quickly. The stay was very nice.

A great holiday destination. A clean, modern and cozy apartment with fantastic views. The large property has a private beach, a barbecue area and plenty of space in the middle of nature.

Very nice apartment, with a fantastic view of the Jasmund Bodden. Very clean accommodation and practically furnished with everything you need for a vacation. In addition, with a spacious terrace and outdoor area for shared use. Although there are several apartments in the same entrance, you have a very private atmosphere. The communication/check-in were completely problem-free. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Erik once again for his very friendly welcome. All in all, you can only recommend it. We are already planning our next short break there.

This was our second stay at Fanny's while visiting the in laws. Great room with a nice bathroom. Be prepared to wake up a bit early as sometimes, the children are heard through a door. But we will be back!

The location is convenient since it is at walkable distance from train and bus stations. The apartment was clean and tidy. It has all the necessary appliances and utensils. The host was always responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here!

Very easy to find, staff in the office very friendly for the key handover, clean and the whirlpool a highlight. Quiet evenings undisturbed on the terrace, sufficiently equipped, everything was there.

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

Everything perfect 🙌 we will definitely be back. Everything as described and as shown in the photos. An absolutely great apartment to relax and also in the cold season a great choice to go down. The sauna is a real highlight, but also the whole other part of the apartment. Very modern and tastefully decorated and there is everything you need. Really great, we spent a very relaxing and beautiful time here 😊

What a great place to stay in beautiful Greifswald. The apartment is just a few steps from the market square, yet it is very quiet there. We felt very comfortable, everything was perfect and very clean. To welcome us, Petra spoiled us with a fruit basket - what a great gesture. Thank you so much!
