The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Der Strand des Bodden ist nur 2 Kilometer entfernt und lädt zu entspannenden Spaziergängen ein.. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich in der Nähe ca. 50 Meter entfernt.

Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. Enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day on the terrace, take a nap in the midday sun, read a book in the afternoon or relax after an excursion in the outdoor hot tub and infrared heat cabin.

Our country house Elma is in a quiet location in the village of Vilmnitz, not far from the town of Putbus and the Greifswald Bodden. The half-timbered house is located on a large garden property. It has a sunny terrace overlooking the idyllic landscape, a large garden and a private parking space. The house including the apartment has a living area of about 165 sqm, extends over 3 levels and is equipped for 10 people.
