Awesome place to stay Mathew was very helpful. Love the house, it has everythi.g you need. No hassles. Park across the street, near down town to the local restaurants and near the lake. Plenty for you to do and places nearby.

We had great time at Ivy's property. The place is wonderful. Super clean. Lake, fishing deck, fire pit, grill, balcony, everything was perfect. The house is loaded with extra items such as coffee machine and other essentials. Owners very professional, just the way it should be. Highly recomended!

I stayed at this property for approximately one month while working in the area. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing description accurately. The location was convenient and situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which made it ideal for an extended business stay. Communication with the host was prompt and professional, and all necessary amenities were provided. I would confidently recommend this property to other professionals seeking comfortable, long-term accommodations.

We will be back in April, the camp was so clean and well maintained.

Stacy was a great host and the place was amazing. Plenty of room and was able to look out onto the river while drinking our morning coffee. Beds were comfortable, showers were top notch. Will be the first place I check when back in the area.

Julie’s condo was exactly as described. The view was amazing and just a short walk to the boat and pool. The unit is very well maintained and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. My group thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be back soon. Julie was beyond helpful with condo info and info on boat slips and ramp usage, and always was quick to respond to my requests.

Chelsea’s property was perfect for our group of people. Absolutely beautiful. My bridesmaids and I got ready on the property for the big day. Pictures came out absolutely stunning there. Great stay! Thank you Chelsea!

This is our 4th stay and as always was PERFECT! Nice quiet clean place! Perfect for our group of 8! Beautiful view of the river and Perfect docking for 3 boats. Fishing cleaning station available to help in cleaning your catches of the day! Nice large dock for relaxing! Will most definitely be a return guest! Thank you!

I have to say Lynn place was amazingly beautiful place felt like an all inclusive vacation destination. The pictures cannot describe the beauty of the jaw dropping sweet quiet home. Lynn was very responsive with any questions or concerns we may have had. With the beauty of this home you’re able to look off deck and see your friendly neighborhood turtle saying hello every morning. With easy access to our boat to so many great restaurants we are looking forward to many more stays. This home had more than expected! I would recommend anyone who may be looking for a quiet nice getaway this is it!

Fantastic stay! My husband, son, and two of their friends came for a fishing trip and absolutely loved it. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. They caught plenty of fish and had a great time relaxing after long days on the water. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great fishing nearby!

For my first time being in Florida the house was beautiful it was located right near St Johns River quiet very friendly.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was cozy and spacious inside and had beautiful views and vibes out back. We came specifically to explore the fl springs which were all in very close proximity to the house. The location was perfect for this! The house was truly stocked with all needs from kitchen supplies to all bathroom essentials and laundry needs. The office room was stocked and the games collection was awesome for all ages. The heated toilets was something we all laughed about but who knew we would miss them so much. Whitney goes above and beyond with stocking extras like everything to make s’more’s & homemade popcorn. - One thing to note is the closest grocery store is 30 minutes away and during our stay 3 out of the 5 available places to eat were closed. There was also no propane or lighter fluid for grilling at the house. So plan ahead to bring or request that.

We were extremely happy with our choice for a weekend, we had our son's graduation at Ganisville University, everything was wonderful after the ceremony, a perfect Saturday after the rush of the ceremony, beautiful house, clean, the photos don't do justice to what you actually find in person...it's worth every minute thank you for everything!

We were visiting family in the area and found this gem less than a mile from my family. We were blown away with how quaint and cozy this lake house felt. Everything was as described and we could not have been happier. Beautifully decorated and wonderful accommodations. We were able to fish some in the evenings and catch some fish. It was a joy to stay here and we will definitely be reserving this spot again when we come down to visit.
