The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

A great home if you're visiting or working in the area. Lots of comfortable spots indoor and outdoor to relax and live the lake life and keep making beautiful memories. Gas grill, firepit, 2 new kayaks, life vests and everything one would like to find in a lake house. This area is great for fishing and we have an awesome boathouse for your boat. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.

Fantastic 3bedroom/2bath lakefront home. The private dock is perfect for catching dinner, launching your kayak or floating like a bobber. Bring your boat, minutes from a boat ramp or marina. Bait shop and kayak rentals and less than 5min away. 2 private driveways. 2hr from Atlanta, 2.5hr from SC This is a perfect family getaway. Excellent location. This was our third annual family lake weekend and this was by far the BEST. The home was beautifully appointed with plenty of room to spread out. The amenities for fun on the lake were more than expected. The location is convenient, the water was pristine and the views were spectacular. We look forward to returning for our 4th annual trip. If you are looking for an ideal space to enjoy Lake Sinclair, this should be your first choice. You won't be disappointed.

A couple friends and I rented the house for Memorial Day Weekend. From the very beginning, Miguel, our host was super attentive. This was my first time booking on AirBnB and Miguel answered any questions I had quickly and made the booking process super easy. The house and the surroundings were nothing short of perfect and is perfect for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely be back! Great host and an even greater home.

Clara’s place was great. It was clean and spacious. Our grand baby enjoyed running around. The house was equipped for toddlers even a high chair — wasn’t expected. This location was a gem. It rained everyday so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the home amenities except the grill and swing set for a little while. Everything was great! Thanks Clara for the perfect place for our family this Father’s Day weekend.
