I reserved this stunning residence for Father’s Day weekend as a surprise, and my husband was astonished when we entered through the front door. The location was ideal. It appeared exactly as depicted in the photographs. Being situated right on the lake was tranquil, and we eagerly anticipated waking up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise. The house provided ample space for our family to feel at ease and engage in their preferred activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will certainly book again! Thank you!!

Large Cozy Cottage at the Lake with Hot Tub

If you are looking for a family get together on the lake with beautiful views, this is it. We stayed at the house the entire time, except for a short trip to Eatonton to visit the book store, a gallery and have a smoothie downtown. We made dinners together on the grill and used double oven in kitchen. Everyone played games, swam, fished, canoed and had fun. we had 16 of us from 61 to 1. All bedrooms were spacious and enjoyed having plenty of bathrooms.

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space and was perfect for our needs. Having four full bathrooms was a huge bonus. Mary communicated very well and answered all of my questions. Mary also provided some great recommendations on things to do in the area and places to eat. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great spot in a quiet cove, away from the hustle and bustle. Well stocked and tastefully updated home, we spent a lot of time on the back porch, dock, or out on the water. This house featured a hot tub, which was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware, so we never needed to leave. Can't wait to visit again!

This place worked out great for our church staff planning retreat! So roomy! Great location and lots of things to do. We really enjoyed being on the lake, the pool table, and the corn hole boards. Just as a note, the 8 ball is missing for the pool table and there’s no sand in the sand box for the kids. We didn’t use the kayaks but they did look like they had been patched up. We definitely enjoyed this property and would stay again.

What a great place to stay!. Clean, comfortable, relaxing, calm, perfect location, well equipped. We loved our stay. The weather was the only bummer as we had rain for our lake weekend. Didn’t matter we were able to kayak, fish and relax in between the showers. Very good instructions were given so that we could take care of the cottage appropriately. We had a most excellent weekend and would love to go back.
