A great holiday home in a quiet but very picturesque area. In the house everything is in order, nice terrace with bbq (got stuff for the bbq from Pierre, thanks), a beautiful swimming pool. In one word TERRIFIC!! A car is needed as the house is remote but in a beautiful setting!! 7 km further on, it is great to do shopping in Rabastens where on Saturday there is a delicious market, really such a French market!! There are lovely villages in the area where beautiful things can be seen. We had a great time and had wonderful weather!!

We had a pleasant stay at the Villa XIV. It was quiet and had a view of the forest. From booking the villa to receiving us and then to checking out, Jeanne and Virginie had been giving us clear instructions and messages. We were never left wondering what to do. Jeanne, whom we met, is a warm person. She is helpful and quick to respond to our messages. Thank you, Jeanne!

My husband and I stayed at La Petite Maison for a month and enjoyed living there very much. It’s well located, an easy walk to the Carmes market, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very quiet and peaceful, on a pedestrian alley with no traffic noise. The house was comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size, with the master bedroom being spacious. The living room/dining room was plenty big for the two of us, but might feel a little small for larger groups. The kitchen was well-stocked. It’s convenient to have 2 washer/dryer units, as well as an iron and ironing board. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Check-in was simple with the key in the lockbox, and any small issues were handled by the responsive host. Note for Americans: even though the English version of the listing states there are 2 bathrooms, the translation is misleading. In France, “salle de bain” means a sink/shower combination, not what Americans consider a bathroom w/toilet.

Comfortable and interesting spot in a unique town! Berengere was super communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a night in Cordes-sur-Ciel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateaux de Jean. It was a heavenly 4 days on this beautiful estate and the accommodation has everything we needed. It was a dream come true to stay in a chateaux in France.

A welcome full of small attentions both for us and for our dog, which was very touching. House full of charm: a little corner of paradise on the banks of the Tarn in a quiet environment. We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

Thanks to Thomas for hosting us! We had a great time at her place in her place. The view from the hammock bed is sumptuous and very relaxing. The pool is nice and the braziers are very useful! We will come back! I recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, we were touched by the truly warm and caring welcome of the hosts. Their kindness, availability and kindness went a long way in making our stay an enchanted break. The setting is simply idyllic. The property, located in the countryside, enjoys an environment, absolute tranquility, conducive to relaxation and reconnection with nature. One of the great pleasures of this stay was undoubtedly breakfast, which alone deserves a mention of excellence. Every morning, the homemade bread, prepared with care and passion, was an enchantment for the taste buds. The presence of the two dogs brings an extra touch of life and warmth. This address is a real gem.

I had a lovely stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I unexpectedly had to find another accommodation, and Anthony was very flexible, that I could get in there in the morning. Super well arranged! He also installed a new parasol in connection with the heat. The house was above expectations Very tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, equipped with a large kitchen. There is a welcome folder with nice tips. The host helped me with the explanation of the air conditioning. The host responds quickly and extremely friendly to questions. The house is large and cool, and you feel private. You close the gate and your car is on your own property. There are shutters for the windows. And there is a lot of storage space. You will soon be in Montauban, a cozy city with a beautiful city center, Place Nationale. I also visited a number of beautiful villages in the region, including Bruniquel, which I liked very much. The area is friendly, green and quiet. Definitely an address to remember!!

Clean accommodation. Well located, the city is within walking distance. The private pool of the residence is accessible at the correct times. Of course, we won't go there at night so as not to disturb the neighborhood.

The stay was most enjoyable, the house perfectly matching the description provided in the listing. The region is splendid, although the weather conditions have not been favorable for long walks. We will certainly return when the sun is present. In addition, if you are traveling with your small dogs, a pleasant walk to consider is that of the chemin du lavoir in Montans, lasting about an hour to an hour and a half, ideal for both dogs and their owners.

We stayed here whilst travelling Europe on our motorcycles, the hosts are great people and are very welcoming, would recommend to anyone !

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was our first introduction to the Aveyron; what a beautiful region. There is so much to see and do, we will definitely come back.

We stayed 2 nights at Elsa's for a wedding in the area. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description, well-equipped and with a lot of charm, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment. Elsa was very responsive and available in all our exchanges.
