We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

My husband and I will be living in the studio app. downstairs, there if you need. 2 minute walk from and affordable and clean laundromat

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. We had a great stay at Shelley's. The location was great, nice and quiet with our own space, and only 20-30mins to get to the beach/mount for the day (only 10-15mins to the city, and supermarket only 2mins away). Shelley was really quick to respond to any questions we had, and even gave us some fresh eggs from the chickens! We will definitely be back, thanks Shelley!

A great location, near the main road but very quiet. Shane’s place was great with a very comfortable bed, very modern interior and it had loads of kitchen appliances. A great place to stay for a few days in Tauranga.

Lovely ambience, beautifully comfortable queen bed in a sophisticated bedroom with beautiful drapes. A wonderful place to lay your head and rest after a tiring journey. Warm and cosy. Annette provided clear instructions and provided thoughtful snacks, milo, coffee, tea and milk, a well equipped kitchenette and pristine bathroom with good shower.
