We look forward to welcoming you to our home. A downstairs private room with shared front door , a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette with fridge and microwave It's just a 5 min walk to the Greerton Village with op shops, cafes and general shopping. Just a 10 min drive to the CBD, 20 mins to Mount beach, 40 mins to Rotorua. We live upstairs with a friendly dog and a cat who thinks she's the queen. Our teenagers come home now and then but we keep noise to a minimum when guests are staying.

This charming home with attached BnB is set in beautifully landscaped grounds in Matua. It is quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches and the CBD. The west facing patio provides a sunny afternoon spot to enjoy the gardens and birdsong. Off street parking, living room, bathroom, laundry and your own entrance, ensure privacy. Provisions include milk, tea, coffee, cereal and a sweet treat. Fridge, Microwave, toaster, but no kitchen. Children can sleep on the fold out chairs in the living room

Terrific stay at Kitrina’s place. The unit is spacious and ideal for a single traveler or couple. Perfect location steps away from the beach and with a grocery store across the street. Great place to stay on the water with a great view of the river. The unit was spotless and couldn't be faulted. There is an omission from the website as the unit does come with a washer AND dryer (not always easy to find) which we found fantastic having spent time elsewhere beforehand. Both Bronwyn and Kathie were great to talk to and informative on the area and things to do. Definitely recommend our unit (B) which was was upstairs.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!
