The apartment is really quiet and sunny. At the 7 and last floor (with two lifts witch let you front of the door ),you can enjoy the two terraces ,for breakfast or aperitif time.If you come in summer ,you will appreciate the air conditionner . You are PLACE DE LA MADELEINE , a place really central ,at a few meters of the metro station ,and while walking , easy and not far to go to Concorde,Le Louvre,Champs Elysees....). 60 m2 air-conditioned apartment with high-end layout in the very center of Paris, historic district of Montorgueil, famous for its food shops, small bistros and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building on a very quiet street. It was refurbished in 2023 by a famous architect and therefore very well arranged with very high-end amenities. You will be like in a hotel suite with the charm of a real Parisian home.

The building has no elevator, but being on the first floor makes access easy. I’m also happy to help with your luggage on arrival and departure.
