A house with a large and cozy space on the ground floor. Outside, a large patio with seating and views of a beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond, and various nooks. Upstairs 3 small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Use the pool and tennis court, two basketball bins, or a smaller soccer goal. We're happy to lend everything.

A new, cozy tiny house near Lešan. (about 20km from Prague) The smell of wood and bees, because our house also includes a beehive. You'll be able to feel the bees with a few senses. Bees, of course, can't get into the house, but you can look directly from the bed through the glass into the hive, how they work and build honeycombs. You'll hear the hum of the hive and also smell the wonderful smell of propolis, wax, and honey. Enjoy the beautiful setting of this romantic place in the heart of nature.

Distance to Prague is by car within 30 min. or conveniently 50 min. by train to the very center of Prague. The house is air-conditioned and has window blinds. I offer a private wellness stay with an outdoor Finnish sauna, a hot tub, a fitness, a radio-friendly process, and a machine-friendly massage/ wellness services are not included in the price of my accommodation/.
