Live in the old village school opposite the Feldsteinkirche [fieldstone church]. In recent years, we have lovingly handcrafted a vacation apartment (60 m2) from the former classroom wing of the "Grot School", where the "groten" (big) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large eat-in kitchen forms the center of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rurally located, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. Paddle on Eider & Westensee, hike in the nature park!

A garden with barbecue area for exclusive use. Kiel can be reached in 15 minutes by car or after a 15-minute walk and 15-minute train ride. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

From the apartment you can directly access a fenced small property with a playhouse for the little ones. Explore the beaches around Kiel, stroll through the city center or enjoy a coffee right at the Kiel harbor. Due to the central location of the apartment, you can plan a different excursion every day.
