My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

The house is the most beautiful I've ever stayed in! Furnished in a modern but original style, a very well-kept environment and super clean. It has all the comforts. A beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Vanity set in the bathroom with things I had never found anywhere else. I felt right at home. The location is perfect. Quiet area, surrounded by greenery, relaxing environment. Between visits, I enjoyed the garden, the super comfortable sofa and TV with access to Netflix. Cosme, the landlord was very kind and caring. He asked me even before I arrived if I needed anything he could buy for me. During the stay he came to meet me and gave me many useful tips for visiting the city and sailing the San Lorenzo neighborhood, which I found very authentic and lively. I mean, I found a hidden gem in this house! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the experience to everyone.

Very nice and charming old apartment. Beautiful garden around the house. The area was quiet. It almost felt like "coming home" to the tranquility as soon as you had closed the gates and left the intense city life outside. We received a warm welcome outside the gates and help with bags the last bit to the apartment itself. Clear instructions for everything - everything from how garbage is sorted to which buses to take to the property. If we come to Rome one more time, we would love to stay here again. Andrea’s place was a godsend for us, looking to spend a week in Rome outside the city’s heat. We felt like we got a taste of local living, and Andrea was a supremely helpful host who helped us out with recommendations in the area. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well operated little getaway!

Nice quiet place with all the necessary stuff. Will need to take a bus to get to the center, the stop is pretty close. Overall, a great bang for the buck, would easily rent it again!

The location is very good, right next to the Vatican, it is very convenient for me to go out and shoot in the morning, and it is very retro, and it is also good for taking photos ~

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

This is an amazing house! Very beautiful area, beautiful garden! The house is perfectly clean, beautiful furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped! One downside is the lack of internet.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. We very much appreciated the cool interior and the very beautiful garden and pool area. The villa is a little outside Rome centre but this was what we wanted so that we could relax a bit away from the crowds. Buses to Rome shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance. A great place for a family trip to Rome!

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

Lovely garden, spacious rooms, excellent location for visiting Rome using the Metro and great for visiting nearby places (Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Frascati) by car. Very convenient for supermarket.

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

Thank you for a wonderful vacation that we were able to spend in your house. We didn't miss anything! - a really great pool that saved us from the hot temperatures during the day! The house is beautifully furnished, the garden is fantastic. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning very helpful :-) In the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking. Great that there was oil, salt, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tabs. The hosts fulfilled our every wish immediately and gave us good tips for Rome. The son was also very helpful, thank you for this! By car you can always find a parking space, it has everything you need within walking distance. (Supermarkets, pharmacy, ...) There are a lot of mosquitoes, as everywhere in Italy, .... Autan was our constant companion :-) We were in Rome early in the morning and/or evening, about 15 minutes to the EUR Fermi parking lot and then continued by public transport. Then about 10-15 minutes to the Colosseum.

Very elegant place, amazing garden and the host is very friendly and supportive. Although it’s not near the downtown but it worth commuting. I would definitely visit them again.

We spent a few days in a group in the house. The Villa is very nice, close to a train stop and without too much traffic around. an ideal place for a group of friends who want to share a few days together. Well-maintained spaces, comfortable rooms, there was everything you needed, and it's also convenient for various expenses. Definitely recommend!

Where do I begin! I am a study abroad student staying in Florence and wanted to visit Rome over the long weekend. Rossana’s home was the perfect peaceful getaway for an amazing price. Everything about my stay was perfect. Beautiful neighborhood and lot, very private home, amazing shower pressure, the list goes on. Rossana was so kind and very helpful— when she saw me walking back to the house from the train station she pulled over and gave me a ride when she didn’t have to, walked with me back to the house and talked to me when we bumped into each other another time, and was always quick to respond and help! I could not recommend this place enough. The walk to the station is only 15 minutes and is totally worth it to have a sanctuary to come back to after a long day in Rome!

Our week with Gianpiero has been absolutely wonderful! It was easy to get to and from Rome by bus, which ran frequently. It was very nice and quiet in the garden for sunbathing and swimming. Gianpiero has been helpful if we have had any questions and has also given us that little extra when it comes to service. The accommodation was above expectations, perfect if you want both city life and a sun holiday.
