A nice, clean and well-equipped house with everything you need. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony and pool. Car is pretty much a must to get to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Communication worked very well with both Giulia and the local Property Manager Francesco who was very quick helpful and came with great tips on beaches and restaurants which we very much appreciated. We had an amazing week with many wonderful memories! 🌟🤩

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Airbnb! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, and the view from the place is stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. Both bathrooms were modern, spotless, and super comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy and each had air conditioning, which was a huge plus. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

Wonderful accommodation near the beautiful beach of Sant'Andrea, just a few minutes from all the most beautiful beaches in the area(poetto, capita, Cala Queen, Mari Pintau, and not far from Villasimius and Solanas. Responsive and always available host and co-hosts, have solved every problem and satisfied every request...I hope to return next year

We rented Simone's house for a long weekend with 5 adults and felt right at home and welcome. The handover on arrival and departure went smoothly. The house is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished, beautifully and quietly located and has been extensively renovated. The last 100 m of the route to the house is a bumpy gravel road. The pool was cleaned every morning. Very nice landlords. Overall very pleasant and definitely recommended.

If you like art and special ceramics, you should not miss this house. From the main entrance, you can tell it’s a lovely place. Lots of arts decorating on the walls, and some ceramics I believed which made by the owner. kitchen has everything you need, also Edoardo prepared foods and drinks for us, he is very nice host. I also enjoy reading and using the hammock and sun bed in the garden. I like most is this house is very personal, I had great time there. I will highly recommend!

The place is very nice and super modern. The landlords can always be reached and respond immediately. It is a very quiet location but a good starting point for activities by car. The district itself is not particularly attractive. It was unfortunate that the washing machine didn't work. We would have liked to have washed beach towels or clothes. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

This was our first international trip with our baby and Claudios place was a great place to stay. Very quiet, walking distance to a supermarket and many great restaurants. The beach is a long walk or short drive away.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

What a beautiful home! Absolutely charming inside with all amenities you could hope for. The gardens and pool were wonderful and my 3 girls loved taking their breakfast up to the roof terrace. But without doubt the location is beyond stunning. A short stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and Snorkeling. The town is a 7 minute drive away, with shops and restaurants. Truly we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Nicolette was very kind, waiting for our very late arrival, greeting us with snacks and water and sending a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We can't wait to come back! x

A very large great house with lots of space. The best part was the wonderfully large pool. The rooms are large and the surroundings very quiet. Federico was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy and pleasant and even in German. The check out was very flexible, as no one came into the house after us, we could even stay in the house a few hours longer. In the area there are many very nice beaches and good restaurants. It was a great stay and we will be back.

The house is really beautiful. It is well equipped and has air conditioning. Flexible fly screens on almost all doors and windows. Electric roof windows with external roller blind. All in all, a quiet location. A very nice pool and great loungers, we had a problem with the pool, which was immediately resolved. The on-site contact was really great and the owner was also very correct and friendly. The location is a bit off the beaten path, so you really always need a car. The only thing that is a little difficult is the whole waste disposal. First of all, separating and collecting waste is a change, but leaving the house waste-free is a challenge. If the owner had not taken this problem off our hands, it would not have been solvable for us. I appreciate it. Thanks 🙏 We will definitely be back at some point.

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

We had an exceptional week at this beautiful home. The place is beautiful (accurate to the photos), clean, very functional. It is perfectly equipped. The outside is very beautiful, very well maintained. And the pool… superb (and heated!). Stefano is very friendly and very responsive, he immediately answers any questions and sincerely cares about the well-being of his tenants. Great location! We really enjoyed terrace outside the house. It was to cold for swimming in the pool but it looks tidy :) Place was pretty clean and well organized :)
