Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Queenstown

This truly beautiful property felt like magic. From the charming decor to the stunning view of the lake, there was something wonderful in every corner. We were comfortable, warm and cosy right throughout our stay, which felt like the perfect base while we explored Queenstown and beyond.

The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains, and is very spacious and comfortable. Easy walking to the town center. A short ride from the airport. We had a great time staying at Renee’s place!

Short walk from all the action in Queenstown, great for nights out and being able to walk back. Also super close and drivable to Remarkables Ski Slopes! Apartment was clean, modern and well equipped with underfloor heating, a fireplace, heated towel rack and a washer / dryer. To top it off, amazing views of the lake and postcard worthy backdrop. Would highly recommend!

We loved Sarah’s place. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and everything as described. The one element exceeding expectations was the view, just incredible. We used a hire car to get into the centre of town and do day trips which worked well for us. We did five days and would be keen to come back here for more.

Among all the Airbnb that I have went to in NZ, this is the best out of all. Perfect view, good price, cozy house and complete with all the amenities provided. Waking up with the mountain view was simply amazing. If I had a chance to travel to Queenstown again, this would be my number one choice of staying. Highly recommended.

Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

If you're lucky enough to find availability with Beryle, book it immediately. She’s not just a host — she’s one of the kindest, most extraordinary people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She made my partner’s birthday so special with heartfelt touches we’ll never forget. Beryle went above and beyond in every single way. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. I would use my last dying breath to recommend you stay with Beryle. This was more than a place to sleep — it was a highlight of our trip, thanks to one remarkable woman. The bed was amazing and the bathroom great! We arrived as guests, left as family. I wish I could say more, but I only have 999 characters!

It is a really lovely place, more than my expectation. We indeed felt like home. It is very clean, and most of the things you need are provided. The place are very cosy too. The location is just perfect, very walkable to the center, and also just next to the track trail start point. The view infront of the window is just amazing! we really enjoyed this place. if there is chance to come back again, I will choose this place again. Dawn is very responsive too. Easy to communicate. Overall, it is a wonderful stay experience!

Just to add to everyone else, the views are amazing! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Andrew's place earlier this month (June 2025). Very easy to check-in, easy communication leading up to our stay, place was as described. Very clean. Easy to keep warm at night. A welcome gift of a bottle of wine (while we didn't drink it) was very much appreciated and a nice touch. Great location, only 5min drive to downtown area. The property shares a parking pad with 2 other units and the driveway is quite steep. Definitely not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. No one else was staying in the other units, but if they were I would consider parking on the street. Absolutely do not let that deter you though. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Andrew's place.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house is absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view. Waking up to such a gorgeous scenery every morning felt like a dream. This beautiful home made our first trip to Queenstown truly unforgettable! My family couldn’t stop talking about how special this place was! The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Every little detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, was just perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s truly a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway, don’t hesitate to book here. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! This was a great location within Queenstown with unbeatable views and an easy drive anywhere you like. The host was super friendly and very helpful for recommendations on travel to Milford Sound. If we come back, this is the first place I’m looking to stay!

Hands down, Michelle’s place is the most glittering gem in Queenstown - squeaky clean and spick and span; - amazing spa tub that commands a fabulous view; - quiet and reclusive, but easily accessible to the town; - Responsive host; - Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful

This crib is all about the view which is clearly spectacular. No other reviews have referenced the property’s layout which I will do here - not as a criticism, but as an observation so that folks can take same into consideration. The property has 2 bedrooms - however they are effectively joined (wth a small ante room in between) meaning that the second bedroom can only be accessed via the first bedroom. This arrangement is certainly noted in the property description; however it’s not apparent from the photos. Folks may need to take this arrangement into account, depending on who they’re sharing with, noting that the occupant of the second bedroom needs to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay & everything the property and surrounds had to offer! Thanks Fiona!

Absolutely stunning!!! From stepping into this beautiful space we were welcomed to peaceful music and a warm space to invite us in. We were in awe of the view and spent most of the afternoon sitting with a cuppa and looking out. The beds were very comfortable and warm and the shower was also excellent. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Jimmy was a very thoughtful and responsive host . The house was very comfortable with stunning views. The setting opposite the lake is beautiful, and a great base for exploring other areas of interest around Queenstown. We’d highly recommend Jimmy’s place.

Our stay here was excellent! The property was very spacious and was beautiful! All rooms were nicely done! Highly recommend! The host was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive.

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.

Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.
