Welcome to the apartment Am Stiftbrunnen in the historic center of Stemwede/Levern. The light-flooded 45 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) Next to the old half-timbered house from 1693, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a village fountain, you have a direct view of the old collegiate church. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. Down the hill, beautiful idyllic paths invite you to bike and hike.

Tiny-House Storchennest

Unser ehemaliger Heu-Erntewagen, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einem schnuckeligen Tiny-House umgebaut wurde, steht in unserem sehr naturnah gestalteten Garten! Eine große Veranda lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein! Das Häuschen hat eine kleine Küche und verfügt über 2 Betten für jeweils 2 Personen. Am Abend und bei kühlen Wetter sorgt ein Kaminofen für kuschelige Wärme. Wer mag kann sich beim Füttern der bei uns lebenden Tiere mit einbringen oder in unserer Töpferei kreativ werden!

Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Small but nice

Rural location, but not off the beaten path, is our 1-room apartment in the Dümmersee vacation area. The fiber optic connection with Wi-Fi and data cable in the apartment allow a perfect workspace or watching TV on the 55' TV. Our apartment has a separate entrance and is not integrated in the main building. The room is flooded with light and radiates coziness through the wooden floor, an open beamed layer, and small rung windows.

Nice apartment with shared garden

Beautiful apartment 28 sqm in the center of Stemwede-Oppend for rent. It is located on the ground floor in our private house. The renovated room is equipped with a 1.60 m wide bed, sofa and writing space. The room is facing south and has direct access to the beautiful garden. The apartment also includes a small tea kitchen (fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave...) and a separate bath with shower bath. Radio, TV and Wi-Fi are provided.

Vacation home in the idyllic village of Brockum

The apartment for up to 5 people is located in the idyllic, small village Brockum between the Stemweder Berg and the Dümmersee. The apartment with private entrance, connects to the old part of the former farm (eat-in kitchen, double room, single room, private entrance + bathroom and garden use). Bicycles are at your disposal (at a charge), as well as large parking spaces and storage facilities for motorcycles.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax on the spacious balcony overlooking fields or enjoy the cozy living-dining area. A fully equipped kitchen is available. The stylish bathroom is right next to the bedroom. The apartment is heated by infrared heating and is almost CO2-neutral thanks to the photovoltaic system. An electric charging station can be used for an additional charge.
