We welcome you, on the first floor of a luxury house, in a 25 m² furnished studio, completely independent, a few minutes from the historic center of Dinan, and a 2-minute walk from the Les Alleux business center, located in a very quiet area. Independent entrance, equipped kitchenette, plus kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, separate shower room and toilet. 20 minutes from Saint Malo and the beaches (Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Saint-Lunaire-sur-Mer), and 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Feet in the water.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

In Quévert, in a green setting, 5 minutes from Dinan, Brigitte and Alain offer a cottage adjoining their property that can accommodate 6 people. Gîte completely renovated in 2021. This unoverlooked rental has a south-facing courtyard. Dinard, Saint-Malo and the beaches are 20 Km away Cap Fréhel (40 min) Mont Saint-Michel Bay (45 min) 5 minutes from the cottage, Dinan, medieval town with its cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, castle. Rue du Jerzual will take you to the port.

Ideally located between Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, you will enjoy a small cocoon in the heart of a village on the banks of the Rance. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and walks, Langrolay-sur-Rance is a small village with a unique charm where hikers can discover an unspoiled environment around the Rance estuary. Your little pied-à-terre is very comfortable and you will not want for anything. You're close to Brittany's most beautiful beaches, don't forget your swimsuits!

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people.
