Sitting in an ancient stone hamlet on the edge of a forest it forms part of a conservation area, of which the tranquility has hardly changed since Louis XIV's reign.

The house includes a kitchen area with stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet, a living/dining room, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. "Cap à l'Ouest" Ambiance marine, lumineuse et iodée pour cette grange rénovée située dans une cour privée et partagée entourée de longères bretonnes. Petite plage à 50 m. La terrasse se situe dans la cour. Pas de jardin mais un bel espace avec la plage tout à côté. Nous habitons sur place et nous sommes disponibles si besoin.

The main entrance to the house is at the back of the house and also serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, upon entering, there is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spiral staircase leading upstairs is on the left. At the top of this one, there is the bedroom, showers and toilets.
