This brand new split level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home complete with cosy wood fire is an amazing stay. The gated strata is quiet, secure and peaceful with direct access to rails to trails. The views over the water to the forest backdrop are exceptional. A peaceful country feel yet close to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment of town.

Access to canals. Watch boats heading out & Dolphins, swimming around. Bike ride along the coast path all the way to Busselton ,go kayaking. Fish off canal. Kids beach a 5 min walk on Keel Rt Great food at Marina Plenty of room with 3 living areas. 3 Queen beds .Main has ensuite & balcony.
