Fully renovated in 2020, this house was designed to provide comfort, privacy, and well-being. Accommodating up to 5 people, it features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a single bed. The house includes an indoor bathroom, a spacious living room with large glass windows that open directly to the garden and pool, creating a unique connection between the interior and exterior, especially at the end of the day when the atmosphere transforms into a true scene of tranquility. The kitchen is modern, white, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house also offers air conditioning, television, and internet. Outside, you’ll find a private exotic garden designed for relaxation and socializing. The pool, seamlessly integrated into the garden space, is saltwater and enjoys excellent sun exposure throughout the day. Around it, there are loungers and outdoor cushions, perfect for unwinding. A mountain Villa built over 100 years ago, set on an imposing rock with a unique setting and a breathtaking view over the sea, the city, Cascais and the mountain where it is located. The house has been recently remodeled and expanded with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and the surroundings. You can see from the top of the Sintra Mountains, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the hiking trails of the Sintra Mountains and its monuments, and next to good restaurants and cafés with a good atmosphere, the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your peace of mind. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, fully private and access to a large garden with an infinity pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the area. I love cycling and I know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise on the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village near Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in the Sintra Mountains and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. I advise using your own car.

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.
