Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Quinta do Conde

Our host Sophia was extremely helpful and always responsive. My family had a wonderful time visiting Lisbon. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight. We would highly recommend this bnb for any family visiting Portugal!

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. You honestly have to see it to believe it! The house is such a treasure. We stayed as a family of five, 3 boys ages 9,5 and 4 years old. They did not want to leave :) João was an exceptional host and went beyond to be sure we had everything we needed! Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away and supermarket 5 minute drive away

The place was absolutely wonderful — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. João went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely at home. Every detail was thought of, and his care truly made our stay perfect. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have visited this lovely property and location. It is highly recommended - Carlos and team are amazing hosts - property is exactly as in pictures and the hosts are always on hand to help and reply to queries. Most importantly the property is private with a lovely little pool and outside area which we enjoyed. Finally the Beach is only 5 minutes away by car. What more could one want! 😁

We had an amazing stay in Lisbon at Diana’s apartment. It is in the heart of the best part of the city. If we ever return to Lisbon I would love to stay here again!

I think it's the best place to stay in Lisbon.

We would very much recommend this flat in Sesimbra - the view is outstanding, it is equipped with everything you would need for a stay of a couple of days and it is easy to reach by car. Be aware that it’s a 20 minute walk alongside a quite busy road when you want to get into the city centre of Sesimbra.

An absolute gem! The view is breathtaking! Airbnb is equipped with everything you need! Petter is a friendly and overall great host! If you are traveling with young kids this is your go to spot! Not only kids can run around but pool is so great that there is a lot of shallow area for them to play in! We would highly recommend this place and can't wait to be back soon!

Lucy and Mat were really accommodating and kind, and their apartment was in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon. The place was very clean and we particularly enjoyed the view from the terrace. The apartment had all the amenities you would need and felt like a home away from home. We would recommend Lucy and Mat's place to anyone and would definitely look to stay with them again if we find ourselves back in Lisbon.

A cosy little apartment in a great area of Lisbon. The apartment has everything you need, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is peaceful, lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. The only downside is getting up and down the stairs to the top floor of the building, especially with shopping or luggage (great cardio though!)

This apartment felt like a home from the minute we walked in the door, without doubt the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Words simply are not enough to express our gratitude for the recommendations, assistance, advice, given to us by Tif and Matt, over and above doesn’t even come close. Tif was an amazing correspondent, she simplified all our arrangements, her advice was priceless, and a lovely person in the flesh!When I say the apartment had everything, it literally had, everything you could possibly need was available. The welcome pack was utterly generous. The actual apartment was stunning, aesthetically pleasing, the fixtures and fittings were of the highest quality. And the terrace, well what can I say, sit and watch the sun go down over a beautiful Lisbon scene let the swallows provide the entertainment. This apartment is in a league of its own, we will never forget our stay there. Obrigado a ambos. Trip to Sintra with David was outstanding.!

This flat in Lisbon is located in a great central location, as well as being well-connected to other parts of the city. The apartment is also very spacious and comfortably fits three guests.

Beautiful! I don’t know where to start - Catarina is an amazing host. If you want to experience all Lisbon has to offer stay at her place and follow her recommendations. The apartment is better than the pics. The views are indescribable and worth every step it takes to get there. A water/city view AND a botanical garden view. It’s all true and being able to choose every day is something you won’t find at another spot. The location is completely walkable. There is an amazing bookstore two doors down and a crazy delicious gelato store right across the street. I could go on but will leave the rest for others to discover. Thank you Catarina for your welcoming spirit and spot on suggestions.

We stayed there as couple for 4 nights. We had the rooftop apartment and it was even better than what we imagined from pictures. All amenities are spotless and at different level - like you would buy for your own place. We liked specifically the private parking and lemon trees at site. We felt like Villa didn’t match with its surroundings. Even though it had a spectacular view over the port, location is not a typical city center. A short Uber ride is sufficient to get you to the city though. We would definitely come back and stay here. We loved it!

We had the absolute best time staying here! It was the perfect spot if you wanted it a little quieter but still a very close to the city center! Nicolas & Maria Carols were wonderful and very responsive!

The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable with a beautiful view over the sea. Very luminous and bright. Pedro and Teresa were really accommodating as I arrived late. Definitely recommended!

It was my 2nd time in the appartment and I cannot wait to return. The flexible check-in via key box is amazing let alone the supermercado on the bottom of the Costa de Castelho. I will definetly book for 2026!!! Obrigado.

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.

A Perfect Stay! We had a great week at the apartment, everything was just right. It’s perfectly located for exploring the local area, and the terrace is absolutely stunning, our favourite spot to relax! The place was spotless throughout and incredibly well-equipped, from kitchen spices to a hair dryer. The host was friendly, helpful, and always quick to communicate. We’d definitely recommend this B&B and would love to come back!
