Pleasant flat in the center of the village of Quintal 10 minutes from Annecy, 15 minutes from the ski resort of the Semnoz and 40 minutes from Geneva. You will enjoy the calm of the village, the many walks and hikes in the nearby forest. The proximity of the city of Annecy and the lake while keeping a countryside surroundings in the middle of nature. Tennis court nearby, you have the possibility to book 1 hours or one week accès. Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
