Holiday rentals with a patio in Quito

Nice place, Clean, good location and worth the money. I had only two comments one as the elevator you need the security guard to give you the access to sometimes it is packed so you have to wait and his car does not work always .

Iter Preciado excellent host. Great communication and quick response I had arrived to Quito very late at night. So Iter Preciado gladly offered me ride from airport to the rental apartment. His place very modern and clean . Will definitely come back.

My stay was just spectacular, the best I've ever had. From the first moment, the host was kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever is required. The place is spotless, tastefully decorated and all amenities one might need. The location is perfect - close to everything, but quiet enough to rest. 100% recommended for those looking for a memorable, comfortable and truly special experience, both individually and as a couple. Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

An excellent place to rest! Nature to the maximum large gardens and fruit trees for morning hikes. The house is very cozy and have everything you need for a peace and rest stay. The owners of the place are very friendly, they are always attentive to the needs of the guests! Highly recommended

I stayed in this apartment for a month, while I did weekend trips around Ecuador. And from this experience, I would definitely recommend to others travelers. Here were the highlights of the AirBnB: - Incredible view of the surrounding mountains - Modern furnishing in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen - Great host whom was proactive in providing cleanings of the apartment. - Strong wifi and a desk for remote workers - Luxury building with security, co-working space, laundry unit, gym, and hot tub. - Beautiful and safe neighborhood with an incredible park, mall, stadium, and restaurants.

The place looks just like the photos. Very comfortable with good views l. It’s in a pretty central area, with a big nearby park. The building has a gym and playground. Security was friendly and efficient.

Fabiola has his apartment located very close to the hospital where my uncle operated, his kindness is excellent, everything is very good and recommended for those who like to visit the city.
