Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rabac

Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus, mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene 3 Kinder und ein Kleinkind. Das Haus ist sehr Stilvoll eingerichtet. Große Terrasse, auch der große Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight. Der schattige Spielplatz war auch sehr beliebt, vor allem das riesige Trampolin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Pia hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Es wurde uns auch ermöglicht eher einzuchecken, da das Haus schon „fertig“ war. Somit konnten wir den ersten Tag in vollen Zügen nutzen! Danke dafür! Wäre auch bei Abreise möglich gewesen später auszuchecken, aber durch die lange Heimreise haben wir dies nicht in Anspruch genommen. Es war eine tolle Woche, die leider viel zu schnell vergangen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

Ines war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Alles hat uns rundum zufrieden gestellt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit tollem Pooll und ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum abschalten. Ines ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sie war auch super sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders haben wir die Morgenden im Garten genossen: Mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse und mit viel Spaß im Pool. Dennis war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Dass das Häuschen in seinem Garten steht, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und nie das Gefühl irgendwie beobachtet zu werden. Natürlich ist das Haus nicht riesig und der Platz war zu viert durchaus überschaubar. Aber da wir eigentlich sowieso nur zum schlafen im Haus waren und ansonsten immer draußen, hat uns die Größe überhaupt nicht gestört. Novigrad ist ein wunderschönes ruhiges Städtchen. Wir haben uns dort alle rundum wohlgefühlt.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit spitzen Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und Ordentlich gehalten. Alle Geräte haben sehr gut funktioniert. Schöner kleiner Strand in 2 min. Fußweg. Uns hat es als Familie (2Erw. + 2 Kids) sehr gut gefallen. Gerne wieder 😊

Wir waren zu dritt bei Ana, das Apartment ist sauber und wie beschrieben. Wir wurden Vorort persönlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Meer ist in Fußläufiger Reichweite, den Berg runter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Nur zu empfehlen.

Sono molto attenta alla pulizia e l'appartamento di Ante era veramente pulito e ordinato; è dotato di tutto il necessario per la permanenza, inclusa la cucina fornita del necessario per cucinare. Ante è stato disponibile e il soggiorno è stato ottimo.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Kristina war einfach perfekt. Wir sind zu zweit mit Hund angereist und haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt war einfach und problemlos und sehr gastfreundlich! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der eingezäunte Garten ein schöner Rückzugsort, um den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub für uns und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns von Minute 1 bei Emanuela sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten war toll und es ist alles mit viel Liebe gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

Wunderschöne Villa – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Cami! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großen Pool und der weiten Terrasse, die mit einer großen, gepflegten Wiese und ausreichend schattigen Plätzen zum Entspannen einlädt – perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Die moderne Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schafft eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war jederzeit zuverlässig und freundlich – wir haben schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten auf all unsere Fragen bekommen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Gloria und Alen sind wunderbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Villa ist ein Traum, hier stimmt einfach alles. Wer hier noch nicht war sollte her kommen, wer hier schon war kommt eh wieder. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Villa zu Hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen!

Nardi war mit Abstand der beste Gastgeber, den wir in all unseren Airbnb-Erfahrungen erlebt haben. Er war unglaublich freundlich, zuverlässig und hat sich sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Als wir ihn einmal baten, ein Wespennest zu entfernen, kam er nicht nur prompt vorbei, sondern brachte uns – wie auch beim zweiten Besuch – sogar etwas zu essen mit. Eine Geste, die uns sehr berührt hat. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns auch seine Hilfsbereitschaft, als eine Familie mit ihrem Kind kurzfristig stationär ins Krankenhaus musste – selbst hier bot Nardi seine Unterstützung an. Einfach ein großartiger Gastgeber! Auch die Unterkunft selbst ist absolut empfehlenswert: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden – und es stehen keine unnötigen Dinge herum, was besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ideal ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

We stayed at Helena’s for a month with our adult children and two grandchildren. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining chairs. The loungers could be in the sun or shade and the garden was immaculate. We walked to Malinska everyday and to the neighboring villages. The bikes were great and we enjoyed all of the bike routes, especially 411. A perfect place for anyone who loves the outdoors.
