One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

We offer a luminous and spacious apartment recently renewed that is part of a quiet and splendid villa. The villa is strategically located in Baselga del Bondone at only 10 minutes from Trento, 40 minutes from Bolzano, 30 minutes from Riva del Garda and about 1 hour from Verona. The village is immersed in nature very close to wonderful lakes, mountains and cities. Here you can relax on the terrace, enjoy the bbq and the large colourful garden. Ideal from families or couples.

Far from the crowds, at an altitude of 600m, but close to the beaches (only 9 km), Tremosine sul Garda offers breathtaking views, a rural culture and a lot of healthy sports. The large open spaces guarantee wonderful views of the mountains and a cool climate even in summer, as the valley is extraordinarily windy.

Beautiful apartment in Mezzana, Val Di Sole. Perfect for families with children for winter and summer holidays. Guests have at their disposal 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a private garden with a terrace, a garage (2.1 m high) and parking spaces. There is also an elevator in the building. The apartment area is approximately 70 m2 plus approximately 80 m2 of garden with terrace (in summer with garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue)

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.
