One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The villa is strategically located in Baselga del Bondone at only 10 minutes from Trento, 40 minutes from Bolzano, 30 minutes from Riva del Garda and about 1 hour from Verona. The village is immersed in nature very close to wonderful lakes, mountains and cities. Here you can relax on the terrace, enjoy the bbq and the large colourful garden. Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. 15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.

New two-room apartment (75 m²) on a typical South Tyrolean farm, in a quiet location at 950 m, with wonderful views of the Adige Valley. The farm runs a horse boarding house; it also houses a few sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, independent, with fully equipped kitchen and including linens & towels. In front of the house is a trampoline and swings. Minimum 3 nights.
