Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Behagliches Tinyhaus Schleinähe in Alleinlage

Erlebe die Übernachtung Mitten in der Natur im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Ein zauberhafter Zirkuswagen, hergestellt mit überwiegend ökologischem Material, Solarstrom und mit einfacher aber gemütlicher Ausstattung. Es hat eine Ökotoilette, eine Solardusche und eine kleine Küche mit fließend Wasser. Der Ofen verbreitet behagliche Wärme und wird mit Holz beheizt. Die Badestelle an der Schlei ist 500 Meter entfernt, der Wikinger Radweg geht direkt am Haus vorbei, auch für Wanderreiten geeignet.

Ferienwohnung zur Rotbuche

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Straßenendlage. Der große Garten lädt zum grillen und entspannen ein. Eine Sitzecke sowie Gartenliegen stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Für Kinder befindet sich im Garten eine Schaukel sowie Rutsche. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Kappeln und Süderbrarup beides ca.6 km entfernt. Die Schlei (5km) und Ostsee (15 km) sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Die Umgebung bereitet viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen für jung und alt.

Our cozy apartment in Gunneby on the Schlei is ideally suited for a maximum of 4 people. Families with children have enough space with us. A staircase takes you to our spacious apartment on the 2nd floor, which is modernly furnished and extensively equipped. The proximity to the water invites you to a beautiful Schlei or Baltic Sea vacation. You can spend the evenings wonderfully on one of the two balconies. For the colder season, you will find a fireplace with us. It's Gunneby nice :)

Auf der großen Südterrasse können Sie ein ausgiebiges Sonnenbad nehmen und die herrliche Aussicht in den großen Garten genießen, der komplett umzäunt ist. If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Der Sandstrand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Ein Privatparkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge, WLAN und ein Gartenhaus sind vorhanden.
