One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The modern 2-room apartment with a large kitchen is located on the top floor in the new climate house standard A-Nature. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Boraherd is a nice addition for hobby chefs. Our completely newly renovated apartment in Merano/St. Valentin is located in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. The associated basement compartment, which can be reached at ground level, is freely available and can be used, for example, for storing wheels/skis, etc., or for charging e-bikes. An electric filling station with 2 parking spaces is about 5 min. walking distance.

This stylish 2-room apartment (57 m²) has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your holiday in the center of Merano. In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

The apartment is right in the middle of the city center, opposite the theater, 200 meters from the thermal spa and the Christmas market. It comfortably accommodates 4 people. A private garage is also included in the price. 50€ one time per stay including pre- and final cleaning, towels and bedding!

On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
