If you want to find your resting pulse on the beautiful "Giljarbu", or imagine a more active stay, our cabin is located in scenic surroundings. It is located about an hour's drive from Bergen city centre. In the immediate vicinity you will find many great hiking areas, with Kvistefjellet in the immediate vicinity. It is a short distance to Kviste - and Bogakaien, with opportunities to rent a berth. Bognestraumen is well known for its good fishing conditions. We also have BUA in the city center, where you can rent leisure equipment and canoe.

Amazing views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. A fantastic holiday home by the sea in idyllic Herdla, just 40 minutes drive from Bergen. A holiday paradise with unique nature where you can experience both sea, sea, outdoor areas, war history and wildlife. If you're lucky, you'll also spot sea eagles, or northern lights in the sky during the winter months. Possibility to rent a kayak, SUP board, golf & fishing equipment. Herdla offers swimming beaches, golf course and frisbee golf course. The area is a paradise for windsurfing, paddling, diving, fishing and water sports.

Cozy newly renovated small cabin about an hour drive from Bergen city centre. The cabin is located just by the sea where there are good fishing opportunities. Possibilities for boat rental. The cabin is well-equipped. There is a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room that can be easily turned into double bed. Home with two sleeping places. Grocery store is run to about 8 minutes. The cabin is nicely located on Trollvatn caming with parking right outside the cabin wall

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
