Holiday rentals with beach access in Raf Raf

Very nice apartment, the beach is not far away. It's very quiet at night. A few streets away is still a huge construction site right now, but you don't really notice it. Supermarkets and restaurants are a little remote, but we knew that:) Sabrine provides you well with information. And Sabrine even makes sure that cuddle monkeys left in the apartment end up with her owner again:)

Outstanding spot in Tunis! better than the photos in the Ad. Authentic flat with lots of natural light. in the heart of Sidi Bousaid. Nabil was available all the time. Worth what you pay for. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Hamza‘s apartment. A real gem right on the beach in a local neighborhood and the view from the terrace is just amazing. Hamza welcomed us personally and responded quickly to any questions during our stay. We definitely recommend it!

I recently stayed at Dhouha’s Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience! Check in was extremely simple and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The residence was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, beautiful scenery, waterfront view and great restaurants nearby. Dhouha was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. Her hospitality truly made a difference, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 looking forward to coming back and recommending to friends/family.

If I could give Dorra 10 stars, I would! I came to Tunis for my birthday from USA 🇺🇸 and Dorra and her amazing team welcomed me with open arms! The stay was absolutely amazing!! The location is convenient and close to the beach, one of many malls, and a plethora of restaurants. It was very relieving to know that I would end my day at this wonderful home. Lots of charm for this large house at the foot of the beach, a holiday atmosphere and tranquility await you. Very nice decoration, large rooms, air conditioning, wifi/fiber and TV perfectly functional and lots of amenities for complete comfort! Pretty little gardens that surround the house, inhabited by two little turtles. Two very pleasant terraces with exceptional sea views, especially the roof top for chill moments and aperitif at sunset. And what can I say about Ayed and Ramla's welcome, both really friendly, responsive, accommodating and very good advice throughout the stay, and full of small touches to welcome you in the best way. No hesitation: hospitality and relaxation guaranteed! A big thank you to both of you!

Very nice stay in this little haven of peace in Marsa. Very nice host and easily reachable on Airbnb or WhatsApp. The Airbnb was well decorated, airy, very nice location, nice pool and very nice exterior. The only downside is that you have to use taxis to get around, but that's not a problem, taxis are very affordable in Tunisia via Indrive. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is clean. I recommend it 100%

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

A spacious, clean apartment located in a quiet area, close to the beach and the main attractions of La Marsa. Hamdi was an excellent host, easy to contact and always helpful. I hope to come back here again!

The apartment is clean, spacious and good location. Moujehed and Imen were very available.

Clean and quiet place you can explore the city from. The unit is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. It’s practically a townhouse. There are two full bedrooms and a nice desk where you can work quietly. There’s a nice quiet garden you can sit in as well. The host does a great job managing it and was very helpful the few times we needed something. I highly recommend this place and would stay again next time I’m in Tunisia.

My friends and I had a great time, incredible value for money. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, clean and cozy. The terrace definitely gives an extra touch, very nice to have dinner in the evening. There is also a washing machine. Marwen was very helpful in welcoming us and making us find the apartment ready, she recommended where to go to eat and was very kind to let us check out beyond the indicated time. The location is convenient for visiting local places. Recommended!

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is ideally located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet at night. This is the perfect place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended
